Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Mechanical Engineer to integrate innovative engineering solutions. This position involves collaborative design, implementation and testing of mechanical components and systems. You will contribute significantly to the project lifecycle and work alongside a skilled team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical systems using engineering software tools.
• Work closely with clients to align designs with requirements.
• Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on technical matters.
• Ensure teams meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist in setting up equipment and conducting tests.
• Mentor new team members and support their training.
• Maintain accurate records of work and project developments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in mechanical or systems engineering

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Analytical skills
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in Python or MATLAB: Ability to use programming languages for data analysis and modeling.
