Responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing concerns promptly.
• Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and deliver regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Utilize project management tools to track project status and progress.
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, Asana)
• Agile Methodologies

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Leadership

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in construction or engineering projects: Prior experience managing projects in construction or engineering sectors is preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean principles: Familiarity with Lean project management methodologies will be an advantage.
