Job Description

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer who can contribute to our process optimization and improve operational efficiency. The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing production processes, designing systems, and implementing solutions that enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply models for process optimization.
• Implement lean methodologies to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality.
• Prepare documentation for process changes and improvements.
• Engage in continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
• Lead root cause analysis for any production inefficiencies.
• Support projects related to supply chain management.
• Monitor and report on the performance of implemented solutions.
• Facilitate workshops to encourage creative problem-solving within teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in an engineering role focused on process improvement
