We are on the lookout for an experienced Restaurant Manager to run our thriving restaurant in Cape Town. Your expertise in hospitality management will drive our success and enhance guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the chef to create seasonal menus and specialty dishes.
  • Monitor food and beverage inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Establish a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the dining experience.
  • Analyze financial performance and implement cost control measures.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing strategies to boost the restaurant's visibility.
  • Encourage staff to provide feedback on improving operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant field
Experience
  • Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is required
