Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Sketch/Figma

Soft Skills

• Strong communication
• Team collaboration

Certifications

• UX Certification (Nielsen Norman Group or similar)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with user research methods: Knowledge of various techniques to understand user behaviour and preferences.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS: Basic understanding of coding principles beneficial for collaborating with developers.
