Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Lines Tender to oversee and manage the tendering process for our lines construction and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that competitive bids are managed effectively and align with company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the tendering process, ensuring all submissions are compliant with industry standards.
  • Facilitate communication between contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Conduct market research to understand pricing trends and competitor offerings.
  • Assist in developing strategies for successful bid submissions.
  • Document all phases of the tendering process for accountability and transparency.
  • Provide support and guidance to the project management team on tender-related matters.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in tendering or procurement within the lines construction industry
Technical Skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of tendering processes and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Languages
  • English: Fluent
