We are looking for passionate Nurses to join our Durban facility. In this role, you'll deliver patient-centered care, manage patient records, and educate families about health issues. Ideal candidates should excel in a fast-paced environment and be dedicated to improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Implement nursing interventions based on patient needs.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
• Perform clinical procedures as required.
• Develop and maintain relationships with patients for rapport.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in planning and evaluation of healthcare programs.
• Provide telehealth support where applicable.
• Conduct research to improve nursing practices.
• Engage in community outreach related to health services.
• Stay updated on healthcare trends and innovations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Further qualifications in midwifery or critical care are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in acute care settings preferred

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
