Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to join our team in Cape Town. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration of healthcare operations, implementing policies, and working closely with medical and administrative staff to optimize patient care experiences. Ideal candidates should have a proactive approach and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the facility meets regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics for healthcare services.
  • Collaborate with IT to maintain electronic health records systems.
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding administrative procedures.
  • Resolve conflicts and complaints from patients and staff.
  • Assist in the planning of community health initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Management is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting
