Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee various construction projects in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead project briefing sessions with clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
• Manage any changes in project scope and adjust timelines accordingly.
• Evaluate project performance and implement improvements.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and prepare reports.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Project Management is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of experience leading construction projects

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
