Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic E-commerce Manager to lead our online retail strategy in Johannesburg. The role involves overseeing the planning, development, and execution of e-commerce strategies that align with the company’s goals, enhancing user experience while driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with IT and design teams to enhance the e-commerce platform.
• Use analytical tools to track customer behaviour and sales performance.
• Develop engaging content for the e-commerce platform and social media.
• Create and manage budgets for e-commerce promotions and advertising.
• Conduct competitor analysis to inform pricing and marketing strategies.
• Upskill internal teams on e-commerce tools and software.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve the online shopping experience.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing

Technical Skills

• E-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce)
• Analytical tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush)
• Digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Email marketing)
