As an Environmental Consultant, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on sustainability practices and environmental regulations. Your expertise will help guide various projects aimed at minimizing environmental impact and enhancing compliance with local and international legislation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate environmental impact assessments and mitigation plans.
• Support clients in achieving environmental certification and compliance.
• Review project proposals for environmental risks and recommend improvements.
• Provide technical advice on waste management and pollution prevention.
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies during audits and inspections.
• Prepare documentation for permit applications and renewals.
• Engage with local communities to promote environmental stewardship.
• Implement monitoring and evaluation procedures for environmental projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications are preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in environmental consulting or assessments
