Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Facilities Manager to lead our Cape Town operations. This position focuses on facility maintenance, compliance, and team management. The successful candidate will exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for creating a safe and compliant environment.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers for facility maintenance.
  • Evaluate the performance of vendors and service providers regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and health and safety regulations.
  • Manage space allocation and utilisation for optimal operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing facilities, maintenance or related roles

Certifications
  • Registered Facility Manager (RFM)
