Responsibilities

• Identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
• Create and manage process documentation and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of chemical equipment and processes.
• Facilitate communication between engineering and production teams.
• Implement training programs to enhance team knowledge on chemical processes.
• Adhere to project timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Analyze data from process monitoring systems to recommend improvements.
• Monitor industry developments and integrate new technologies into operations.
• Foster a culture of safety and environmental stewardship within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• Post-graduate qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a chemical engineering environment
