Molder Operator

Job Description

We are currently looking for a skilled Molder Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will operate and maintain molding machinery to produce high-quality plastic products that meet our rigorous specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding machines to manufacture quality plastic products.
• Ensure smooth production runs and address any operational hiccups.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and products.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Follow all safety regulations diligently.
• Accurately complete required production records.
• Mentor and guide new operators in machine operations.
• Engage actively in team meetings and sharing best practices.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Additional qualifications in engineering or related field preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.

Technical Skills

• Injection molding expertise
• Quality control techniques

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Flexibility

Advantageous

• Experience with quality control techniques: Hands-on experience in quality assurance processes.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies: Knowledge of process improvement techniques.
