Join our dynamic finance team as a Financial Analyst in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for financial modeling, analysis, and reporting while working closely with senior management to help shape our company's financial strategy and performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to forecast future financial performance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify key financial trends.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Support cross-functional teams in financial decision making.
• Monitor compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Provide financial insights for strategic project evaluations.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare presentations for executive management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree or CFA certification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field
