Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Systems Analyst adept at bridging the gap between technology and business. In this role, you will evaluate systems and processes, developing solutions that optimize our operations while fulfilling user needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive reports detailing system analysis findings.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with business goals.
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.
• Maintain knowledge of current trends to recommend new improvements.
• Support project implementation through effective communication and training.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis or related field
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, CBAP) are beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or IT consultancy
