Your responsibilities will include performing surgeries, conducting examinations, and providing consultations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health examinations and diagnose animal diseases.
• Perform surgical procedures including spaying and neutering.
• Administer vaccinations and medicated treatments as needed.
• Provide post-operative care and monitor recovery.
• Educate pet owners on health and wellness best practices.
• Develop treatment plans and follow-up care programs.
• Assist in the management of the veterinary practice.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine
• Registered with the South African Veterinary Council (SAVC)

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in veterinary practice
