Job Description

As a Cybersecurity Analyst based in Pretoria, you will ensure our systems are protected from cyber threats. You will monitor network traffic for unusual activity, conduct regular security assessments, and develop response plans to mitigate incidents.

Responsibilities

• Analyze security logs and investigate potential threats.
• Assist in the rollout of new security technologies and solutions.
• Provide recommendations for improving security policies and protocols.
• Coordinate with IT teams to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Act as a point of contact for security-related inquiries.
• Participate in cybersecurity research to enhance threat detection capabilities.
• Document security processes and procedures for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security
