Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems. You will collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate electrical systems and perform troubleshooting.
• Conduct design reviews and optimize processes.
• Mentor junior electrical engineers and technicians.
• Research new technologies for application in projects.
• Assist in developing operational procedures.
• Actively participate in project design meetings.
• Document all engineering calculations and proposals.
• Prepare feasibility reports for management.
• Ensure timely project delivery and budget adherence.
• Create electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to complete projects.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• PMP certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in electrical system design

Technical Skills

• Electrical Load Analysis

Certifications

• Certified Electrical Inspector (CEI)

Languages

• English: Fluent
