Job Description

In this role as a Financial Analyst, you will engage in comprehensive data analysis to support our financial strategies. You will work closely with department heads to improve business performance through meticulous budgeting and forecasting, and generate detailed reports to assist management in strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis to support business decision making.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.
• Identify trends and analyze financial performance to provide strategic recommendations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial models and business cases.
• Collaborate with departments to develop metrics for performance monitoring.
• Review and improve existing financial processes to increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional accounting qualification is advantageous (e.g., CA, CIMA)

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field
