We are looking for a skilled Metal Caster responsible for casting and molding metal objects according to specifications. This role requires precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality finished products.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain molds and patterns for efficient casting.
• Melt metal in furnaces and pour into molds safely.
• Ensure that cooling times are adhered to prevent defects.
• Inspect and clean machinery to ensure optimal operation.
• Assist in training new staff on safety and procedures.
• Document production processes and assist in quality checks.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss workflow and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Metal Casting Processes

Experience

• 5 years of experience in metal casting or equivalent.
