Pharmacist

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Pharmacist to join our team in Cape Town. This position requires a focus on providing personalized patient consultations, overseeing medication preparation and dispensing, and ensuring adherence to best practices in pharmacy operations. Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills and a desire to improve patient care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Provide training on medication safety and pharmacy operations.
• Conduct health screenings and immunization clinics.
• Handle medication recalls and safety alerts promptly.
• Assist in the development of pharmacy protocols and best practices.
• Engage with patients to assess their medication adherence and outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience preferred in retail or clinical pharmacy
