Responsibilities

• Lead administrative operations to ensure optimal patient care delivery.
• Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to streamline patient services.
• Compile and analyze data for performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to all privacy regulations pertaining to patient information.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate administrative staff performance.
• Liaise with external organizations for partnerships and compliance checks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Healthcare Management is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare administration

Certifications
