Responsibilities

• Analyze engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Participate in budgeting and resource allocation for engineering projects.
• Document engineering processes and methodologies for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Engineering is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of engineering experience, preferably in a similar industry

Technical Skills

• Matlab
