Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of projects. This includes managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure projects are completed to high standards. The successful candidate will bring leadership skills and a collaborative approach to project execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan and define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuringtechnical feasibility.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of projects.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing changes as needed to meet project targets.
• Manage project relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and addressing any concerns.
• Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices for project management.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate project team members to achieve project goals.
• Prepare and deliver regular project updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
• Mitigate project risks by identifying potential issues and developing solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in project management or related field

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, Asana)
• Risk Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
