We are on the lookout for a passionate Architectural Designer who will help visualize and design new and exciting architectural projects. You will work within a collaborative environment to turn concepts into reality while ensuring compliance with all industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present architectural plans using advanced design software.
• Coordinate with team members to finalize design elements and solve issues.
• Oversee project phases from conceptualization to completion.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand and integrate feedback into designs.
• Evaluate material and structural options to optimize design outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of professional experience in architectural design, including residential and commercial projects.

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Adobe Creative Suite

Certifications

• Certified Interior Designer
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in landscape architecture: Background in integrating outdoor spaces within architectural design.
