Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of chemical engineering projects.
• Conduct thorough analysis of production bottlenecks for improvement.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure successful project execution.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Document chemical processes and experiment results accurately.
• Explore innovative solutions to enhance product quality and safety.
• Train and guide junior engineers and interns in process techniques.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to optimize resources.
• Monitor operational costs and implement cost-saving measures.
• Participate in engineering assessments and feasibility studies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• A master’s degree or MBAs in relevant fields is highly advantageous

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in the chemical industry with project management experience preferred

Languages
