Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering principles and project management. You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions, fostering collaboration among team members.
  • Analyze engineering problems and develop cost-effective alternatives.
  • Review design documents and ensure accuracy before submission.
  • Track project performance metrics to evaluate project success and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and lessons learned.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Postgraduate qualification is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
