Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from inception to completion.
• Work closely with structural and civil engineers to integrate design specifications.
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed drawings and plans.
• Attend client meetings and communicate design ideas clearly.
• Ensure sustainability principles are incorporated into designs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and maintain design quality.
• Mentor junior architects and interns during project execution.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Postgraduate qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of professional architectural experience

Technical Skills

• Building Codes Knowledge
• 3D Visualization

Certifications

Languages
