Corporate Accountant

Job Description

As a Corporate Accountant, you will oversee all financial aspects of our business. You’ll prepare monthly financial reports, budget forecasts, and assist with tax compliance. Ideal candidates will possess a strong accounting background and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and assist with year-end audit.
• Monitor revenue and expenditure to ensure alignment with budgetary requirements.
• Develop and streamline accounting processes and systems.
• Facilitate collaboration with other departments to align financial strategies.
• Provide support during the financial planning process.
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and data entry.
• Review financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with external auditors during audits.
• Assist in tax filings and regulatory compliance.
• Support other accounting functions as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CA(SA) or equivalent certification is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a corporate accounting role
