Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop advanced architectural designs.

• Supervise the architectural specifications and project reports.
• Maintain professional ethics and client confidentiality in all dealings.
• Assist in the production of presentation materials for client pitches.
• Coordinate with external consultants and stakeholders for project execution.
• Ensure quality control measures are met throughout the design process.
• Establish effective communication channels with construction teams.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Certification in Sustainable Design is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

• Building Codes Knowledge

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
