Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marksmanship Instructor to join our team. As a Marksmanship Instructor, you will be responsible for training and instructing individuals in the art of marksmanship and firearm safety. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in shooting techniques, safety protocols, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct practical and theoretical sessions on marksmanship and firearm safety.
• Create engaging training sessions that cater to different learning styles.
• Implement safety protocols and manage risks during training.
• Facilitate workshops to improve instructor skills across the organization.
• Assess and improve training methodologies based on feedback and results.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Firearms Training or a related field
• Master’s Degree in Safety Management is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in military or police firearms training

Technical Skills

• Tactical Training

Certifications

• Certified Safety Instructor
• Tactical Combat Casualty Care Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
