Are you tech-savvy and passionate about providing support? We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our vibrant team. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting users with technical problems, and maintaining systems to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT queries and support.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
• Carry out installations of software, hardware, and peripherals.
• Assist with setting up user accounts, permissions, and security.
• Maintain logs of support issues and resolutions.
• Assist in IT asset management and inventory.
• Provide ongoing user training and support.
• Contribute to team meetings and suggest process improvements.

Advantageous

• Experience with VoIP systems: Knowledge of voice over IP systems and their configurations.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems: Experience using systems like Jira or ServiceNow is an advantage.
