Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining our computer systems and networks. Your responsibilities will include debugging software, managing system updates, and assisting in user training. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to provide exceptional support.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing IT support and troubleshooting services to staff.
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies to enhance productivity.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct user training sessions for new software and applications.
• Work with the IT department to ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Help to develop IT policies and procedures as necessary.
• Respond to support tickets in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights and suggestions.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field

Certifications

• CompTIA A+ Certification
