We're seeking a qualified Bookkeeper in East London who will take charge of day-to-day financial operations. You should have a solid understanding of bookkeeping practices, be highly organized, and possess strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Oversee bookkeeping functions and ensure accuracy.
Prepare financial summaries for monthly reports.
Help in developing and implementing financial policies.
Assist in cash flow management and forecasting.
Manage general ledger and journal entries.
Facilitate the payment of employee benefits and pensions.
Assist in financial strategy development.
Collect and analyze financial data for decision-making.
Coordinate with various departments for financial matters.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Certified Bookkeeper preferred
Experience
4+ years of relevant experience in bookkeeping
