We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our growing team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and experience in reporting and forecasting. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with forecasts.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses as required by management.
• Support the finance team with administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
• Maintain financial records and assist in data reconciliation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a financial role with strong analytical background
