Job Description

As a Lace Winder, you will play a crucial role in our production team by winding lace onto spools and ensuring the machines are running smoothly. You will also be responsible for preparing the machinery for operation and inspecting the finished lace for any defects.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks at various stages of production.
• Ensure compliance with production schedules.
• React quickly to any machinery failures and address issues promptly.
• Assist in packing and labeling finished lace products.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss quality improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certification in textile production is advantageous

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
