Job Description

As an Adhesive Bonding Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of our adhesive bonding machines. Your attention to detail and mechanical aptitude will ensure that our production meets the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare adhesive bonding machines for production runs.
• Conduct quality inspections on finished products.
• Ensure that all machinery is cleaned and maintained regularly.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Work closely with the production team to optimize machine efficiency.
• Make necessary adjustments based on product specifications and quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• Technical qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in the paper industry is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Experience with paper industry machinery
• Lean manufacturing principles

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Organizational skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Knowledge of quality control methodologies: Understanding of techniques for quality assurance.
