User Researcher

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a User Researcher who is passionate about understanding user needs and behaviors. In this role, you will conduct various research activities, analyze findings, and present recommendations to improve our UX/UI designs, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage users through surveys, interviews, and usability testing sessions.
• Work with the product team to outline user needs and requirements.

• Create and maintain documentation of user research processes and outcomes.
• Assist in the design of user-friendly interfaces that meet user expectations.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to foster creative design solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in User Experience or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in user research and UX design
