You'll be involved in project inception through to completion, ensuring every detail aligns with our clients' vision.

Responsibilities

• Lead design meetings and workshops to gather input and feedback.
• Utilize software tools for 3D modeling and architectural visualization.
• Coordinate project handovers and partner with contractors during the build phase.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technology to incorporate into designs.
• Mentor junior architects and interns in design principles and practices.
• Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a closely related field
• Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in architectural roles, specifically in design and project management.

Technical Skills

• Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Construction Detailing

Certifications

• Professional Architect Registration

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of local zoning laws.: Familiarity with the compliance requirements for construction and design in Cape Town.
