Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with established policies.
• Supervise nursing assistants and support staff.
• Facilitate patient admissions and discharges.
• Assess patient environments and address any safety concerns.
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the department.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse (RN) certification

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a specialized nursing field (e.g., pediatrics, geriatrics)

Certifications

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - Preferred
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) - Preferred
