As a Program Manager at Innovative Solutions Ltd., you will drive project success by managing all facets of assigned programs. Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Develop risk management strategies and maintain all project documentation.
• Prepare comprehensive project proposals and presentations for stakeholders.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Identify potential crisis and liaise with upper management to enact solutions.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation throughout project lifecycles.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within project teams.
• Oversee and assess project budgets, ensuring financial targets are achieved.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant Bachelor's degree
• PMP or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years experience as a program manager or project manager

Technical Skills

• Agile Methodologies
• MS Project & JIRA

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
