Job Description

As a Gospel Worker, you will be responsible for preaching, teaching, and guiding individuals in their spiritual journey. Your role will involve community outreach and building relationships, as well as planning and executing events to promote the church's mission.

Responsibilities

• Foster a welcoming environment for congregation members and visitors.
• Assist in crisis management and provide support to church members in need.
• Engage with community members to build relationships and support.
• Advocate for social justice and community betterment through faith-based initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Theology or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in community outreach and evangelism

• Certified Church Administrator

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic
