Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic E-commerce Merchandising Specialist to elevate our online shopping experience. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in product placement, digital marketing strategies, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage product assortments and promotional displays for the e-commerce platform.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences.
  • Optimize product placements based on analytics to enhance conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the design team for visual merchandising elements on the website.
  • Proactively manage customer feedback to improve product visibility and shopping experience.
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely product availability.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies for product layouts to maximize effectiveness.
  • Train and guide junior team members on best practices for digital merchandising.
  • Liaise with technical teams to troubleshoot any platform-related issues.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce tools and technologies that can drive performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or E-commerce
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in online merchandising or retail management
