We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering, with a proven track record in driving operational efficiencies and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing processes and operations management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all manufacturing lines.
• Foster a culture of safety and quality throughout the operations team.
• Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to optimize resources.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies for inventory control.
• Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes and systems.
• Develop and implement training programs for production staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in an operations management role within manufacturing
