Job Description

As a Training and Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in guiding the development of our projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating training initiatives and ensuring that our team has the necessary skills and knowledge to drive community development projects effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of training programs related to community development.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to develop impactful project plans.
  • Regularly liaise with external partners to strengthen project outreach.
  • Ensure that project outcomes meet community needs and organizational standards.
  • Analyze project performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist in developing materials for training sessions.
  • Encourage team participation and engagement during training initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
  • Support the collection of feedback to improve training programs.
  • Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is favourable
Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in the non-profit sector preferred.
