Responsibilities

• Create user-friendly lesson plans and learning materials tailored for online delivery.
• Work with various learning management systems (LMS) to manage course delivery.
• Collaborate with design teams to produce visually appealing e-learning modules.
• Conduct research on educational methodologies and apply best practices in e-learning development.
• Assist with the assessment and qualification of e-learning programs.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users of e-learning platforms.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience in e-learning design or instructional design
