Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage hotel operations to maximize profitability.
  • Promote a culture of outstanding customer service throughout the hotel.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to boost hotel visibility.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate hotel staff to meet operational needs.
  • Conduct regular inspections of premises to maintain standards.
  • Act as the point of contact for guest feedback and issues.
  • Ensure exceptional housekeeping standards are maintained.
  • Establish and maintain security protocols for the hotel.
  • Engage with the local community to enhance hotel reputation.
  • Participate in budget planning and financial forecasting.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Hospitality Management degrees preferred
Experience
  • 6+ years of leadership experience in the hospitality sector
