Job Description

The Fast Food Worker will be responsible for preparing food items, maintaining a clean work environment, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently prepare a variety of food items while maintaining speed and quality.
• Keep the kitchen and service areas clean and sanitized.
• Interact with customers in a friendly manner and resolve any complaints.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Follow instructions from the shift supervisor and management.
• Contribute to team goals by sharing knowledge and ideas.
• Ensure all food portions are consistent with company standards.
• Participate in regular stock take and inventory management.
• Provide support during peak hours to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in promotional events and special product launches.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a restaurant or food service setting is advantageous.

Languages

• English: Fluent
