Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical System Designer to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in electrical engineering design, focusing on creating innovative systems and solutions for various projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of complex electrical systems in varied environments.
  • Utilize CAD software to produce accurate design models.
  • Collaborate closely with other engineering disciplines.
  • Perform technical evaluations and feasibility analyses.
  • Support project teams during the commissioning stage.
  • Develop and implement testing procedures for systems.
  • Review and approve technical plans and specifications.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience in electrical design projects
